Target 20% Buffer

The Vest U.S. Large Cap 20% Buffer Strategies VI Fund seeks, before fees and expenses, to provide investors with U.S. large-cap equity exposure while attempting to limit downside risk, by investing in a laddered portfolio of 20% Buffer Strategies.

Shares of the Funds may be purchased and sold only through variable contracts offered by insurance companies with which the Trust has entered into a participation agreement.

"Laddered portfolio" refers to the fund's portfolio being effectively divided into twelve segments.
